The Fittest 4.

The Fittest 4 is held annually on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Mixed teams of 2 males and 2 females compete for the title of The Fittest Team.

There are 4 workouts and 3 divisions to suit all levels of fitness. The Fittest 4 was recently held in April 2025.
